A guide generally designed for Girl Scouting, but quite usable for boy scouts, too.  It's written for both leaders and parents.  The book posted is the full leader book.  With some cutting of the leader-specific info, it makes a great parent handout.  Also contains recommended troop gear checklist and camping checklist for weekend encampment/camporee type camping.
